This ordinary aqua 133 Brookfield Cauvet's Patent spent some time buried in the earth and came away with this beautiful patina. The patina/stain is quite thick in places and covers almost the entire insulator (see second photo for the inner surface. The rainbow coloration is difficult to capture with the camera, but I gave it a shot. I hadn't seen an insulator with this much stain before--have any of you come across ones like this?
