Here is a closer picture of two of the transformers. Each circuit has its own step up transformer in this substation. These transformers are all center tapped single phase and the middle bushing is connected to ground. The stacks next to the transformers are resistor banks connected to transformer ground. These would prevent an explosion in the event of a ground fault.
