Here is a comparison of the CD 143 CNR that sold on eBay on 3-September-2013 with the one that was offered recently on ICON (photo cropped to better show detail). I have highlighted several features that I believe shows it to be the same insulator.

A- small bubble in dome B- small bubble in threads C- wrinkles on surface of glass D- small rub mark in wire groove E- small oblong bubble above "R"

The lighting is different, but if you look close I think you will see these features are the same. There are others that you can see if you look closely, but I think this is enough to prove the point.
