I purchased this Russian CD 540.5 off of the Internet recently. In the photos the insulator appeared to be a medium shade of blue, more like an electric blue. When it arrived I was pleased to see it was a nice glowing shade of peacock blue similar to my H.G.Co pieces. The seller thinks it was made at a factory in the city of Dyatkovo sometime between 1917-1927
