Once the insulator reaches it's destination, the person receiving it is suppose to return the capsule back inside the very same box. The cost of the ABS/PVC parts was just about under $20. so the return shipping cost is cheaper than buying to build another capsule. Instead of buying new, old used ABS/PVC can somewhere be found & salvaged for this use.
