When I won the eBay auction I was expecting a pale yellowish green Cal (that is, a citrine) signal, CD 162, but I ended up with a yellow signal instead. In the joined photo, the left side is the eBay auction photo and the right side photo shows the same insulator on the left side and a deeper yellow from my collection on the right.

I think the California colors are among the toughest to photograph accurately.
