Tea Cup marked: Palace of Electricity/ St. Louis Exposition 1904. I say a go-with mostly because Fred Locke set up an insulator display at this World's Fair. See page 7 in Elton Gish's new porcelain book for details. Base of Tea Cup marked: Victoria/Carlsbad/Austria. Height from base to top of handle is 2 1/4 inches.
