Here's a tough CD 154 C.T.N. DE E.. Embossing is an abbreviation for Compañía Telefónica Nacional de España, indentifying this insulator was used on early telephone lines in Spain. First one of these I've ever seen! (Don't confuse these with the newer C.T.N.E. insulators). This embossing was used prior to 1936. VNM shape, with a small eraser head size light rough spot (looks factory made), another teeny rough spot below the embossing and a few teeny base rim nicks and a tiny fleabite on the dome. First email gets this scarce insulator for the reduced price of only $95 plus shipping. Thanks! |
