This piece is an original CD 106 Hemingray-9 insulator in aqua which was heated and formed into an stretched figure resembling the head of a cat. It dates to the 1970's and was referred to as "Insulcat". It's an interesting novelty for those who like the unusual.

The ears have chips and there is a small bruise on the inside of the base of the skirt. It is 8 1/2" tall.
