Was driving maybe 60-65 east on State Rt 20 just leaving the township of Duanesburg, N.Y. when a large out of place object caught my attention on the left. There was no way I could just keep moving east so I slowed down until I was going slow enough to make a U-turn.

After parking I took this and all the following pics. I found it quite odd that there wasn't a soul around the premises other then myself. If there was I surely would have asked if there were any insulators around that I might be able to sell. It did turn out that I did spot a bunch of what looked like commons from a distance. They were in an area the was partly fenced off so I dared not get any closer to that glass out of fear of getting arrested for tresspassing. However, while I was ready to reenter State Rt.20 I notice a sign that read Visitors Welcomed / Take Puctures. I probally could have used that sign to my advantage if I went for a closer look at the insulators but didn't bother. Didn't even tell my wife I left home insearch of insulators so I best best be starting my 1 hour drive home before she called the National Guard.
