I picked up this CD 164 Brookfield insulator up at a flea market yesterday. It has three larger drip vents on the inner skirt and four smaller vent drip points under the base of skirt. Only one is briken off of the four but they are all 90 degrees from each other from center of insulator. Look closely at my pic and you'll see what I mean.

So my question is has anyone else found one of these? Of the many, many 164's I've handled in the past I don't recall ever seeing any on the base of the skirt.
