It's really tough to see as you need to have the piece in hand and wobble it around in the sunlight just the right way, but there appears to be a loopy 2 at the top of the pinhole. It's not on the dome but was put there from the inside. Would that have even been possible? If not, then there is no loopy 2, but if there could have been a way for whatever reason to put a loopy 2 from the inside, then it is what it seems. I plan on being at the YPCIC show in July in case any of you are going to be there so you may check it out first hand. thanks a lot for any help,
