This is from the last batch of blue pin types which was ever made in the USA. Manufacture date was during mid 2005. Victor was and still is the last insulator manufacturer making pin types, and not many if that these days. This was a special order which only 100 or so were made. All other pin types of varying colors all are imported from overseas by everyone else now.
