Two German insulator and an Austrian one. In the middle a small "Rillen-Teller" (rings-saucer) insulator, unmarked and found in a Region of Italy that was Austria until 1918; the two at the sides are both early power insulators of German origin and probable manufacture, with 3 skirts (double petticoat). The left one was used on the feeder wire of an interurban trolley near Naples, electrified by AEG (German GE Co.) in 1901/2. |
