Here is a CD 145 EIN [030] (Dome) [Backwards] 5 (F-Skirt) BROOKFIELD (R-Skirt) NEW YORK SB in light aqua with the original tie wire attached. It freely rotates around the wire groove, but it does not come off. The line wire appears to be iron, but I can't tell what the tie is made of. I don't think it's iron because there's not enough rust. Steel perhaps? In any case, the insulator has no damage that I can find. Inquiries welcome.
