This scene can't be repeated. This is BN train BM054, ready to pull out of the Sioux Power Plant of Union Electric. The train is being pulled by three Union Pacific C36-7s, engines no longer on UP's roster. The billboard doesn't say UE anymore, as UE is now AmerenUE. Trains out of here now wouldn't have UP power, as this was a train out of southern Illinois off the UP. BNSF trains now serve Sioux with western coal from mines served by BNSF.
