SP train 1UEICC 12 sits empty after arriving at Lackland Yard in St. Louis County, MO from UE's Labadie plant. This train ran a few circuits from southern Illinois, in addition to the western coal trains, to help rebuild the coal pile at Labadie after the flood of 1993 shut down both lines into the plant and the coal pile dwindled.
