This photo is from the 1995 Wheaton show. It is not a great photo but you can get an idea of what a smooth base 151 in a dynamite blue looks like. My impression at the time was that it was some sort of peacock shade but maybe a more realistic view might be that is was more along the lines of a dark sapphire similar to the beehives. Either way I had not seen one before nor recall seeing another.
