I went and visited one of my bottle digging contacts yesterday. He had e-mailed me a few weeks ago about a porcelain insulator a buddy of his had dug up. I told him I was interested, so we worked out a deal and here it is. It's the base to a small two part multi. It is glazed everywhere except of the very top, and has the marking you can see in the picture. Possibly a glaze test? Or a large shot glass? Dimensions are about 3" x 31/2". The flat inner collar makes me think of a Lima produced piece, but I can't really match it up to anything I have. Overall, a neat piece!
