Mark Kerr asked me to post this for him. Any help in answering his ICON question will be appreciated. Here's his question:

"The dome looks like a 102.3 or a 102.4 BUT the rest of the insulator...especially lower wire ridge... looks more like a 103.4. The dimensions are exactly the same as a 103.4. 2-3/8 wide by 3--3/8 tall. Internally the pin hole barely has 1/8 inch from extending right through the dome. What is this??? For now I am calling it a 103.45678."
