1960 President's Cup in Washington D.C. involving four of the top boats of the 1960 season and four of the top drivers in the sport – Bill Brow in the Miss Bardahl; Norm Evans in the Nitrogen; Bill Muncey in the Thriftway and Chuck Thompson in the Miss Detroit. Miss Detroit won by 19.7 seconds.
