The most remarkable feature of the piece is a 2 1/2" long open bubble on the inside of the petticoat. It is a rounded edge bubble which extends into the skirt from the petticoat.

There are many streaks of amber along with tiny bubbles, snow, and tiny pot stones throughout the piece. It also has the four vent "teats" on the petticoat. There are wrinkles all over the surface and there are lots of tiny glass pieces imbedded in top of the dome. The EIN is [037]. I can't find any damage.
