This pretty medium cobalt is the scarce unembossed Hemingray EIN [020] with only the No. 19 on the skirt. It has light milk giving it a slightly opaque appearance in spots. It also has a number of bubbles throughout.

Damage consists of a fingernail size chip on the right mold line at the base which removes two drips. Seven other drips have damage from nibbles to missing. There is a narrow bruise about 1/2" long on the edge of the petticoat. Notwithstanding the aforementioned chip, the surface is nearly flawless.
