EIN 010. This base embossed light blue aqua piece has a 1/8" flat bubble about centered in the dome glass that has some tiny bubbles and fizz swirling around it. Kinda reminds me of our solar system or galaxy. Has some milk worms in one side of the skirt. May be more if another good acid bath is given. The condition is very, very mint to mint depending on your view point as buyer. All I see is small bruise on inside edge of inner skirt. More then likely factory made and not uncommon for these older pieces. There is also what looks like an open bubble on on side of the pin whole where the threasd start.
