This pc shows clearly a partial letter K and full letter E where the insulator bumped up against something unknown. Don't see either of those letters in the bold shoulder embossing on this piece. I doubt that Charles even knew. I had picked up the insulator several time and only found while turning in the light to see how the junk or things inside the case would photo.

For anyone interested in the letter transfer on this Chicago insulator, it has been supposed by some collectors that the same company who made these insulators also made the Brooke's Pat insulators. My source Paul Greaves believes there is another lehr kiss insulator out there that involved the same letter transfer that the color and mold charecter matches. So this insulator may confirm it.
