EIN 010. Base embossed Oakman Cable. Color light blue with scattered bubbles and a whisp or two of light milk at top of ears and more inside close to the pin threads. Condition is very near mint. Possibilly as made. The very back side of right ear at the top has small shallow flake. On the rear side about centered on the flat just above the rounded rim that devides the skirt from the top side of insulator there is an a small inclusion that the glass popped off of. The skirt is threaded on the inside. Just right of the Cable embossing there a is gapping annealing crack that effects both the two threads that are there.
