Not your usual Go With

I bought 4 of these plates, which have a border of telegraph/telephone poles and bells. They were made by the Syracuse China Company, and if I'm reading the date code right they are from April 1925. They are in *pristine* condition... looks like they were never used as tableware. I would love to know who they were made for.

I'm sure that many people would not consider this a go with (especially the guys who really like the power meters), but I plan to display one of these with my insulator collection. I'm going to upload a closeup of the border pattern also.
