Up for sale this evening is a real beauty of a STAR CD 200. This one is a blue aqua colour in the [010] embossing (of course). This style was used here in S.W. Ontario in limited numbers, and from time to time examples turn up while collectors scrounge antique stores, yard sales, etc. I'm not exactly sure where this example originated from, as it was obtained from another collector.

If it weren't for a bit of soot still on the inner skirt of this one, I would almost swear it was never used. This example is, without doubt, the best condition CD 200 star I have ever seen. One has to really scour this piece to find any damage whatsoever. There isn't even so much as a rub in the wire groove. The only "damage" I can see is the tiniest bit of what appears to be a light scuff on the front crown, and a tiny, teeny micro fleabite on the rear umbrella. Nothing to complain about, as I highly doubt you'll ever find a better one.
