I learned the expensive way that there was a dynamite plant at the end of this cut. When I first started looking for land in Spokanistan I found a beautiful 18 acre parcel that was located at the terminus of this cut. I took a soil sample to identify an odd looking dirt (I'd need a well so it was important to figure out what the top soil consisted of) and paid an outfit in Seattle to test it. The fella that gave me back the results pointed at a few listed toxins and said "Musta been a Dynamite Factory there".
