Shown is a very nice, large neon clock (22 inches in diameter) made by "Just in Time" clock company. This clock is made in the USA, not some foreign country with inferior parts. Reminds me of the clocks I used to see in pharmacies, diners, gas stations, and hardware stores back in the 1960's.
