This Green Aqua CD 145 B embossed, I bought out of a large group of about 30 [the only one like this that were brought in all at the very same time by the same person] while I was at an antique store.

The 1st depression is located just to the left of the embossed letter B, having a 1" long dead center scratch from something.

The 2nd depression [in the center facing upward] has the V shape imprint dead center.

Then to the left of that [2nd depression] is the left mold line, and then to the left of that left mold line is the 3rd depression.
