Here's a page I found in an old electrical supply catalog (I seem to recall it was Emmett Fox?) circa 1910 showing 3 sizes of glass floor insulators. Are these the same as the ribbed bushings we see periodically with the numbers on them that have been attributed to Brookfield?

Also mentions the simplex tree insulator and a rubber hook insulator.
