This is my first "cobalt" (peacock) insulator. I found this back in the mid 70's on an old drop line out to an abandoned barn in northern Missouri. Back when gas was $0.39 a gallon, I could just drive around and see what I found. Back in the day, I called everything from electric to peacock blue, "cobalt" blue.
