3 of these were removed (set of switches) here in Kansas City circa 1996. Bo Henderson, an apprentice at the time, kept this one. Lineman on the crew kept the second and KCPL inspector kept the third (which he later sold at a local insulator show). I recently posted pics on Facebook and has been spoken for/sale is in the works. I have a slim lead on the second one. Measures 9 & 1/2" x 9 & 1/2"
