An ancient 4160V switch pole that was recently stripped down to just the dead-end supports - the circuit on the front side is being converted to 13.8kV. Second arm carried the primary neutral around the switch; this circuit was originally built with the primary neutral on the line arm, but as consecutive poles get rebuilt or replaced, the company has been relocating it down to the pole (as happened after the "rebuild" of this pole).
