Major ice storm left 1/2 inch ice covering everything. This picture was taken late in the day, more ice was to follow overnight. One lineman working around the base of a pole broke thru the ice crust with one foot, lost his balance. When he fell the crust on top of the snow did not give way - his leg snapped.
