This picture is telling. See the big olive-gray metal box with the hydraulic lifter underneath it? It is dumping boxes onto the conveyor belt. It looks like a package could take a 5-foot fall if it was full when dumping. Even if your box was lucky enough to be on the bottom side so the fall was less, the big box of engine parts might be the one to take the 5-foot fall onto your box. A good illustration as to why you should pack well!
