How I Reply to Billing Departments Who Send Outrageous Bills

Refusing to enclose any payment owing to above instances I simply do it the old-school way and get right back in touch with them via sending their payment stub via the good-ole USPS. But with this simple stamped personal comment on it which are not my initials. Saves many hours on the phone when waiting in line for the next customer service representative. Not to mention all of the frustration arguing with such individuals who are on the other side of the planet in more ways than one.
