Some of you may remember this little guy on eBay. I arrived in the mail today. I am calling it a U-30. The ICR appears to be embossed on the skirt. Either that it is a thick layer of ink (or thick black glaze) under the glaze. The base has been filed like some of the old Locke or Lima insulators.
