The bottom almost looks like some type of light bulb case that twists into posistion? And the way the light is being reflected, it looks to be plastic. Any help would be much appreciated :) Thanks and God bless!

Consensus is definitely some type of light case/cover. Maybe from an airplane or ambulance....
