Before Hartford Faience started making electrical porcelain around 1905, they were known for making decorative faience, tiles, fireplace mantels, etc. I was lucky enough to buy these from eBay recently and was told these came from the estate of O. H. Ingram in Eue Claire, Wis. See the next photo for the markings on the back.
