I have been finding a lot of tiny bottles and items from the early 1800s in the woods along our property along a wash. Over the past summer months, I have been finding these stone "masks" in the woods. Was wondering if anyone has seen anything like them before? Any idea as to what they are? Just in the nick of time for Halloween...

They seem to be carved. A friend suggested they were very old cupstones.
