Shown is a Type FI Fluid Meter Integrator. It was manufactured by General Electric for the Bailey Meter Co. Looks like a GE I-14 watt hour meter, but it has a solid copper load wheel and an electromagnet that possibly would act as a damper magnet, which means it would have to be supplied with a DC voltage for a steady magnet field, thus providing braking action upon the load wheel.
