Seen this one around town and I had to share this image of this awesome example of modern automobilia with you.

As you can see and enjoy, there are many owner-installed options using all kinds of stuff for "re-purposing". Nowadays anything reusable for eye-catching purposes is called "steampunk" Check out all of the "steampunk" junk on eBay.

Anyway, most prominently here we have the red reflective triangle on the hood that serves as a fancy LED-lighted hood ornament too (sorta like the early 1950s Pontiacs had, but those were much more simple and humble...). Included are all sorts of other auxilary lighting to find your way through the fog along with a neat little village setting displayed across the top of the dashboard.

The rest of the car? Well, I'll let the front end image of this fine car sink in for now.

Decked out with roll-up windows, AM stereo and an 8-track player (just to start the list), unfortunately there are no insulators, side-pins nor any other related hardware. Yet. Maybe I'll leave a couple Hemi 42's on the hood and let the owner take it from there....

During the holidays a large, lighted and colorful Christmas wreath is prominently mounted on the front grille.

Perhaps some automobile designer will become world-reknowned by re-purposing some of the facets "invented" here.

PS...No, this is NOT my car (nor anyone elses' that I know ;-)
