An experimental design, utilizing alternating skirts for better performance in costal and industrial areas where airborne pollution is a problem. This particular model would only be used to support jumpers on dead end poles between the two sets of suspension strings. I finally got this beast mounted to my display. As shown in the picture it is not very high of the ground. This is solely because of how heavy it is!
