Found this a while ago. Different than most I see in that it does not have a fuse, instead is a piece of curved solid brass.

Dave Dahle adds, What you have is a cutout fitted with a "disconnect blade" so the cutout serves as a line switch instead of a fuse. The disconnect blade is interchangeable with the normal fuse tube for a given style of cutout.
