The meter in the foreground is probably one of a LITERAL handful of surviving Edison (as in Thomas Edison) chemical ampere-hour meters and likely the only COMPLETE one not locked in a utility collection or a museum. It was part of the Elli Buk auction last month and sold for a whopping THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS. And likely much to Tommy Bolack's chagrin, its new home is in Ohio!
