This was found along a heavily used Amtrak line near Old Saybrook, CT. It was found in seven pieces and about 95% of it was recovered after several trips back to the site. The insulator is dark aqua with pieces of junk and little bits of rock that can be seen in better lighting. There are also some large bubbles near the dome and base. The insulator is almost whole except for a few small parts of the base that are still missing.
