A friend of mine is an antique picker and found this substation insulator along with a Locke Victor multipart. I have tentatively identified it as a porcelain pothead. It is one piece construction, 34 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. It was repurposed as a very cool looking water fountain. See Ohio Brass catalog images to see if I got the identification right.
