Got this yesterday, been waiting a few years and finally two came up on feebay. This is a Prepayment Watt Hour meter. It takes quarters only, introduced in 1934. Top three dials show how much money has been inserted, the middle dial shows how many Kilowatts you have left and the bottoms dials are the kilowatts used.
